How to use preferences?
Email preferences allow your subscribers to choose the types of communication or emails they want to receive, helping you send more relevant and engaging emails.
Once you enable preferences, 3 default preferences would automatically be created i.e.
Newsletters
Deals
Announcements
You can also create your own preferences, by simply navigating to Segments > Preferences > Create New Preference.
Enter name and description for segment and click Save to save the new segment.
Assigning preferences to your Poptin leads and contacts means that when email campaigns features are launched, you can start using those preferences to send more relevant and targeted email campaigns. Below are few benefits of using preferences.
Improve Subscriber Experience: Giving subscribers control over their preferences enhances their overall email experience.
Boost Engagement Rates: Relevant emails based on preferences lead to higher open and click-through rates.
Reduce Unsubscribes and Spam Complaints: Sending preferred content reduces the likelihood of unsubscribes and spam complaints.
