What is a Contact profile page?

Every contact in your audience has their own specific contact profile page where you can view all the data available for that specific contact. You can also edit this information, see their recent page views, general stats, segments and tags.

In this guide, we'll help you understand information about contact profiles, how to view profile page, and what information is available to you about your contacts.

Navigating to Contact Profile Page

In this guide we'll illustrate on how you can add a tag to your contact.

Navigate to your Poptin Dashboard >. Leads >. Contacts.

Click on a contact and click on More Info in the side bar.


Contact General Information

Each contact profile page contains general information of the lead/contact such as their Name, Email Address, Subscription Status, and some other stats.



Here you get the following information in quick glance.

Subscription Status
Poptin displays a label here to show you if this contact is Subscribed, Unsubscribed or Blocklisted.

Contact Information
This gives you a quick glance on Profile Information such as Full Name and Email Address.

Email Statistics
This gives you a quick glance over the stats of this contact.

Sent - Total number of emails sent to this contact.
Opened - Total number of emails opened by this contact.
Clicked - Total number of links clicked in the emails by this contact.
Open Rate - Current Open Rate of this users. Open rate = (total emails sent ÷ total opened) x 100.
Total Spent - Total Revenue Generated with Poptin's association.

Recent Page Activity
The Recent Page View Activity, found in the Contact General Information, provides a list of your contact's latest website interactions, helping you understand their immediate interests and behaviours along with date stamps.



Profile Information
Complete Profile Information. This section contains all the data associated with the contact profile. The data found here may vary depending on the fields you have setup or data available for each specific contact.



Tags
The tags section displays any current assigned tags to the contact you are viewing.

Tags are clickable and editable. When you click on the tag it will take you to the tag page where you can see more details about the specific tag.

You can also assign, remove or create new tags by clicking on the edit button.



Segments

This sections shows you what segments does this contact falls into. Clicking on a segment will redirect you to the segments page in a new tab.



Preferences

In this section you can check what preferences are allowed by the contact you are viewing such as if the contact wants receive specific emails like newsletters, deals, transactional emails etc.
