Poptin Activity Trigger

Poptin Activity triggers fire based on how contacts interact with your Poptin popups and forms.

  1. Converted on Poptin - Triggers the automation when a contact converts on a specific Poptin popup or form (e.g., submits a lead form, signs up via a popup, or completes a popup goal).

  • Which poptin should trigger this flow when a contact converts on it? (required) - Select the specific popup or form from the dropdown. The flow will fire whenever a contact converts on that poptin.

  • Subscriber Filter - Who should enter this automation? - Choose which contacts are eligible to enter. You can select All Subscribers or a specific segment, with an optional filter.

  • Re-trigger the flow for contacts that have been in this flow before (required) - Defaults to Every time, meaning the flow will fire each time a contact converts on the selected poptin.

Once configured, click Select Trigger to save.

Note: This trigger works great for sending a welcome email right after a contact signs up via a popup. See: How to send a welcome email to new contacts →
