Campaign Activity Trigger
Campaign Activity triggers fire based on how contacts engage with your email campaigns you've sent..
Available Triggers
- Opens Email
- Clicks Email
- Opens Email - Triggers the automation when a contact opens a specific email campaign.
- Which email should trigger this automation? - Select the campaign from the dropdown. The flow will fire when a contact opens that specific email.
- Who should enter this automation? - Choose which contacts are eligible to enter. You can select All Contacts, All Subscribers, or a specific segment, with an optional filter.
- Re-trigger the flow for contacts that have been in this flow before - Defaults to Every time, meaning the flow will fire each time the contact opens the selected email.
Once configured, click Select Trigger to save.

- Clicks Email - Triggers the automation when a contact clicks a specific link inside an email campaign.
- Link from which email - Select the campaign from the dropdown. This is the email that contains the link you want to track.
- Link clicked - Define which link should fire the trigger. Set the condition to equals and enter the exact URL (e.g.,
https://www.yoursite.com). You can alternatively, use other rules such as Contains etc.
- Who should enter this automation? - Select All Contacts, All Subscribers, or a specific segment, with an optional filter.
- Re-trigger the flow for contacts that have been in this flow before - Defaults to Every time.
Once configured, click Select Trigger to save.
