Wix Customer Label Targeting - How to Show Poptin Only to Specific Customers on Wix?

With Poptin you can show popups to specific customers on your Wix store using customer labels.

Make sure you have already created labels and assigned them to the right customers. To see how you can create a label in Wix Click Here or go to your Wix Dashboard and navigate to Customers & Leads > Contacts > More Actions > Labels > Add Label.

Enter your label name and click the checkmark to save it.

Once your labels are created and assigned to the relevant customers, follow the steps below.

Naviage to Step 3 Display Rules of your popup and turn on Wix customer label targeting.

Click on the Customer Labels dropdown and select the labels of the customers you want this popup to be displayed to.

Click Publish Now to save your changes.

Note: Customer Label Targeting only works for logged-in visitors and will not work if Wix Logged in/out targeting is set to Logged-out visitors.
