How does exit-intent work on mobile?

Mobile exit-intent works when the visitors click "Back" in the mobile browser and tries to go back to the site or app they came from. For example from Google SERP or Facebook.

The popup will not show up when the visitors just navigate between the inner pages of your website, but only when they hit "Back" to exit your site.

Note - Exit intent doesn’t always work well on mobile because of how mobile browsers behave. To get better results, we recommend using a time delay or scroll trigger along with it. Exit Intent Trigger will only work for visitors who have interacted with the page a bit. Visitors with quick-back behavior may not see the popup.
