What Is the "Claim" verification record and why do i need It?
It's a TXT record that proves the domain is yours. It sits alongside SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, all four now need to be in place for your domain to fully verify.
To add it: in your DNS, create a TXT record with the host _poptinemail-claim.yourdomain.com and your verification token (find it in your DNS records panel) as the value. You can add it on its own or tack it onto an existing TXT record.
Multiple sub-accounts, same domain? Each one has its own token, so add a token per sub-account. Same TXT record or separate ones, both work.
