Refund policy - how to get a refund?

If you subscribed to a paid plan in the last 30 days, and you are not satisfied with your plan or forgot to cancel your subscription on time, just email us at contact@poptin.com and we will take care of it.

Please mention the email address of your account, domain, and the date of purchase.
If you didn't use the product since the purchase/renewal date - you will get a refund, no questions asked. If you want to elaborate on the reason Poptin wasn't a good fit for you, we would love to hear and help

Note: If you are billed via Shopify, you will need to send a request to their support.
