How to Target Customers by Wix Login Status?
You can show a Poptin to visitors based on their login state in your Wix store — whether they are logged in or logged out.
- Go to your Display Rules and turn on Wix Logged in/out targeting. You can combine this with other targeting options, but in this guide we'll keep it simple.
- Once turned on, use the first dropdown to select either Show to or Don't show.
- Then use the second dropdown to choose the visitor state:
- Logged-in visitors: Show the Poptin only to visitors who are currently logged in to your Wix store.
- Logged-out visitors: Show the Poptin only to visitors who are not logged in to your Wix store.
