How to setup 2-Factor Authentication?

You can set up 2-factor authentication to enhance your Poptin account's security. With the 2-factor authentication enabled in Poptin, you will need your login credentials and an OTP (One-time Passcode) to log into your account. The OTP is generated by an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.


Let's dive in and help you setup 2-factor authentication.


  1. Navigate to MyAccount within the Poptin dashboard and click on Enable 2FA.



  1. Scan the QR code on the screen or manually enter the code.



  1. Save your backup key in a secure location.



  1. Enter the 6 Digit Code from authenticator app.



  1. Click on Enable 2 Factor Authentication.
