How to set up automatic and manual reports?

There are two kinds of reports in Poptin - the automatic one and the manual one. This guide will lead you through both of these options.

Let's start with automatic reports.

Go to Settings and click on Automatic reports.



You can choose between conversion and statistic reports. As you can see you can set up intervals (daily, weekly, monthly), time including timezone, and email where would you like to frequently receive your reports. Remember that you can create as many reports as you need, just click on New Report and save all changes.



Note: When Include click conversions also is unchecked then the conversion of clicks will get hide and also the total count will get updated.



Let's move to manual reports. We like to keep things simple so there is just one step how to get your reports with no need to create a schedule for it.

Go to your poptin and click on the small icon next to the search engine. That's it! After clicking on it, you will see that downloading of the XLS file already started.

This report will give you a table with all your poptins and their numbers of visitors, views, conversions, and percentage of conversions as well.
