How to integrate your poptin with Gist?

In this Help Guide, we will try to illustrate how to integrate Poptin with Gist.

Follow through the steps to understand the process:

Login to your Gist account and go to Settings.



Now scroll down to API & Integration > API Key



Now copy the API key



Now go to Contacts > Create a Segment



Now select "Have a property"



Now select "Tags" under Contact Information



Now name your "Tag" to create a segment for conversion coming from poptin. Its best to use the Tag "poptin"



Now save the Segment





Now go back to your Poptin account and go to Email and Integration > Add Integration



Now select Gist from the list of Integrations and paste the API Key and "Tag" name copied from your Gist Account.



Once you have pasted the API Key, hit on Approve and the Integration will be active.



Please don't forget to Publish Changes to save the integration once and for all for your popup.
