How to integrate your poptin with Brevo (formerly SendinBlue)?

Note: If you encounter the error "Integration fields are wrong" during the integration process, it may be related to the security settings of your Brevo account which is enabled by default. Ensure that these settings are disabled so that the integration functions properly.



  1. On the Design page of your poptin, click the "Email and integrations" section on the left menu and click "Add integration".



  1. Search Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) in the dialog and choose "Brevo".



  1. Log in to your Brevo account (formerly Sendinblue)


  1. Copy and API key (V3) from the SMTP & API page on your Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) account



  1. Find the List ID by visiting the Lists page, and copy the ID of the relevant list. You don't need the # sign, only the number.



  1. Then paste the API key and the List ID into the relevant fields of the integration popup on your poptin's design page, and click on "Approve".



Note: the integration uses our Name field as full name and separates the words into FIRST NAME and LAST NAME, Email field goes to EMAIL, and Phone to PHONE, and also to SMS. SMS column will be populated only if the visitors enter a prefix, according to Brevo's (formerly Sendinblue) requirements (12 digits).



Note: If you're using the French account in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), please make sure the attributes are the same as below



Note: Supported fields in Brevo <> Poptin integration are as below.


  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
