How to integrate your poptin with Freshworks?

In this help article, we will try to illustrate how to integrate your poptin with Freshsales.

Follow through the steps below to understand the process:

Login to your Freshsales account and go to Settings



Now go to API settings and tick off the reCAPTCHA box there to reveal your API Key



Now copy the API Key



Now go to the Activities Dashboard section



Now copy the User domain from the URL on top, like this



Now go back to your Poptin Account Dashboard and click on the drop down icon next to the popup which you want to integrate with Freshsales and there click on "Edit Design"



Now on the left bar select Email and Integrations section and click on Add Integration



Now find Freshworks from the list of integrations and paste the API Key and Domain name you copied from your Freshworks account



Once you have pasted the required details correctly, click on the Approve button there



Don't forget to click on the Next or Publish Changes button on the top right corner to save the integration settings for your popup



If the integration is successful, you will receive an API Test Lead from us in your Freshsworks contacts.
