How to integrate your poptin with EmailOctopus?

In this help guide, we will try to illustrate how to integrate your poptin with EmailOctopus

Please follow the steps below to understand the process:

1. Log into you EmailOctopus account and go to "Integrations and API"

2. Click on "Developer API"

3. Copy the API Key

4. Go to Lists and open the desired list which you want to integrate with your poptin

5. Open the list and copy the List ID from the URL in address bar

6. Go to Fields in the List and copy the Tag for First Name

7. Go back to your Poptin dashboard and click on the drop down icon next to the poptin which you want to integrate with EmailOctopus and click on "Edit Design" there

8. Scroll down to Email and Integrations and click on Add Integration

9. Find EmailOctopus in the list of integrations and paste the API Key, List ID and First Name Tag in the respective fields in the integration

10. Once you have pasted all the required details, click on Approve button

Don't forget to click on Next or Publish Changes button on the top right corner to save the integration in the popup settings
