How to integrate your poptin with Bitrix24?

In this help article, we will try to illustrate how you can integrate your poptin with Bitrix24

Follow through the steps below to understand the process

1. Login to your Bitrix24 account and go to CRM > Settings

2. Go to Applications > CRM Applications

3. Click on Add Application

4. Click on Other

5. Click on Inbound Webhook

6. Select crm.lead.add under Request Builder

7. Click on Save

8. Copy the Webhook to call REST API

9. Paste the copied Webhook to call REST API into the Webhook URL field

10. Once you have pasted the Webhook URL successfully, click on the Approve button

Do not forget to click on the Next or Publish Changes button to save the integration in the popup's settings

If the integration is successful, then you will receive an API Test Lead on your Bitrix24 contacts

Note: Supported fields in Bitrix24 <> Poptin integration are as below.

• Email
• Phone
