How to create a survey popup?

In this help article, we will try to illustrate how you can make a survey popup

We have several options under Input Fields which are most suitable for Survey Popups which are explained below:

* Checkbox Field

The Checkbox field can be used when you want to add a question that may take multiple answers from the choices you provided for the answers. Here is an example below:



You can add the Checkbox Field in the design settings of the popup from under Input Fields > Add Field > Checkbox like this:



* Radio Buttons

Radio buttons can be used when you are asking a question whose answer could be just one out of the given options. Here is an example of it below:



You can add the Radio Button in the design settings of the popup from under Input Fields > Add Field > Radio button like this:

* Dropdown Menu

Dropdown menu can be added when your question requires a single answer out of a menu/list of options. Here is how it might look on Poptin:



You can add the Dropdown/Select field in the design settings of the popup from under Input Fields > Add Field > Select like this:



If you are on a paid plan with us, you can use these fields to create a survey popup on Poptin. You can also use any other fields like Name field, Custom text field, etc.
