How to create a survey popup?

In this help article, we will try to illustrate how you can make a survey popup.

We have several options under Input Fields that are most suitable for Survey Popups. To create the radio button, go to input fields, then click on Add field > New custom field.

Now enter the name of the custom field, property type and click the switch of "Allow multiple values" to enable multiple values for your custom input field. Finally, click the Save button on the modal to publish.

Then the input field will be added to your popup. From the input field's dropdown select the radio button and add the options.

You can do the same for Checkbox and Dropdown fields to add the on your popup.

* Radio Buttons

Radio buttons can be used when you are asking a question whose answer could be just one out of the given options.

* Checkbox Field

The Checkbox field can be used when you want to add a question that may take multiple answers from the choices you provided for the answers.

* Dropdown Menu

Dropdown menu can be added when your question requires a single answer out of a menu/list of options.
