How to cancel your plan or move back to the free plan?

Open Settings in your Poptin dashboard and click on Billing and plans.

Now, there are two options for stopping your payments and plan. It is up to you which one you would like to use:

Downgrade by moving to the Free plan: First of all, you will see all Poptin's plans. If you would like to do a downgrade and cancel your plan right away you can just choose a free plan instead of your current plan. Afterwards, all days left from your subscription will be added as a credit on your Poptin account for future upgrades. If you choose this option, make sure to follow all the steps until you see Free as your chosen plan.

Cancel plan: The other option is cancel the plan and automatically delete your credit card information. You can choose this option if you want your plan to be canceled automatically right before the next renewal date (meaning the plan will keep running until its expiration date).

Note: Simply turning off, deleting pop-ups, or uninstalling the app/extension will not cancel your subscription plan. To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps outlined above. For Shopify stores, removing the Poptin app will automatically cancel your plan
