How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

In this help guide, we will try to explain how you can upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Poptin gives you the option to freely upgrade or downgrade your Plans from the Billing page on your Account.

You can also check our Plans to find the best one for you.

We do have Monthly as well as Annual Plans that you can view below

To upgrade or downgrade you can simply select the plan and process the payment with your credit card.

Will I be charged twice if I decide to Upgrade or Downgrade my plan?

In case of an upgrade of plan, you will get credit for the number of days you didn't use the plan before upgrading and then you need to pay for the upgraded plan.

In case of a downgrade too, you will have credits from the previous plan that you were using and you can use those credits to pay for the downgraded plan.

Your credits if remain unused will be carried forward for the next payments .
