Engagement with other poptins - How it works?

With Engagement with other poptins targeting, you will be able to show poptins to visitors based on their engagement or interaction with other poptins (popups and form) on your website.

For example, you can show Popup B (Discounted Products) to visitors that converted on your Popup A (20% Flat Sale).

To only show a Poptin to visitors based on their previous interaction with other poptins, start by going to the Display Rules step and click on "Engagement with other poptins" (under advanced Display Rules)

Another idea is to show a different popup for signing up to your newsletter, to visitors who closed a different popup with different content and give them some other stronger incentive to sign up this time.

This targeting rule comes with 2 different options meaning you can configure it accordingly to either show a popup or hide a popup based on previous interactions.

1. When the below conditions are met

Show Poptin would show the poptin based on the conditions set below. Don't show poptin would not display the poptin if the conditions below are met.

2. Visitors who have

Here you can choose the action or interaction your visitors had with your poptin selected below.

Seen Popup : Visitors who viewed the poptin.
Not Seen : Visitors who did not view the poptin.
Closed : Visitors who saw the poptin but closed it (clicked on the X or Close button).
Converted : Visitors who saw the poptin but converted as a lead (clicked on the Submit button).

3. Poptin type
Interaction with the poptin type such as whether a Popup or a Form.

4. Poptin name
Select the poptin which you are choosing for previous interactions.
