How to install Poptin on your EKM website?

In this help article, we would try to illustrate how you can install Poptin on your EKM website.

Please follow the steps below to understand the process:


Login to your EKM account and go to Design



Scroll down and go to More Actions > Inject Custom Code



Login to your Poptin account and click on the Installation Code tab at the top of your dashboard and copy the code





Go back to your EKM account and paste the Installation code in the HTML Head Code section and click on Save button at the bottom



Please note that it may take up to 10 minutes for the changes in code to be saved in your EKM website.

Also, adding the code to the Header will exclude the code from the checkout flow which means you can't see the popups on the checkout flow.

In case you want to add the Installation code to the Checkout flow as well, please follow the steps below to add the Installation code:

Go to Features and search Google Tools there and install it



Paste the Poptin Installation code in the Google Analytics Tracking Code section and click on the Save button at the bottom
