How to install Poptin on BigCartel?

In this Help Guide, we will try to illustrate How to install Poptin on BigCartel?

Login to your BigCartel Account and click on "Account"



Scroll down to Apps at the bottom



Click on "Marketing and Promotions apps"



Find "Poptin" there and install it



Click on "Get Started"



It will redirect you to another screen to install and connect Poptin to your shop. Now click on "Connect"



If you don't have a Poptin account please put your email address and click "Sign Up". It will create a Poptin account for you and install Poptin script on your store automatically.



Now you can go to your Poptin account by clicking on the "Go To Dashboard"

**If you already have an account with Poptin please install it manually by following the guide below**

Go to Account. Click on Customize Design on the Your Shop Tab.



Click on the <> Icon.



Go to Layout. This Big Cartel option is not available for "Big Cartel Free Plan" members. Please note, this limitation is not from Poptin.



Now go to your Poptin Account and copy the installation code snippet from the top.





Now go back to your BigCartel Account and paste the snippet above the </head>



Note: We have used the Full Screen view of the Layout to show you how the code may look in its entirety.

Once you have pasted the code correctly, Click on DONE.



And then finally click on SAVE to fully integrate Poptin with BigCartel.
