How to embed a form in your Shopify store?

1. Go to your Shopify account.

2. Make sure that you have already installed Poptin app from Shopify store.

3. Click on the Online store and open Themes. The next step is to click on Actions and choose Edit code.

4. If you don't have a poptin form yet, go to Forms in the Poptin dashboard and create a new one by clicking on New Form.

5. Once you will choose the template and design for your form you will get to the third step which is Display rules. You will see there a unique code that you need to copy. If you set up all display rules that you wanted to, you can click on Publish changes.

6. Go back to your Shopify store and right now you should see a lot of files with website codes. It is up to you where you would like to put your form. I chose to put it down on the website to the footer.

That was just an example. We want you to have a choice where you would like to display it so feel free to make a decision and choose the right place for your form.

7. Save your changes and that's it! You can go to your website and check if you like where did you put the form.

Note: You can always change the position of the form. Just delete the copied code, put it somewhere else in your theme and save all those changes.
