How to redirect your Poptin visitors to SMS?
In this help article, we will elaborate on how you can redirect your Poptin visitors to the SMS app on their Mobile devices. This could be used to receive SMS from your leads and when you want to receive information from visitors and subscribers over SMS.
Please follow the steps below to understand the process:
Click on the drop down icon next to the popup, there click on the "Edit Design" option
Make sure you have a Submit button or 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th link button on the popup where you can set up the SMS redirection. If you are using the SUBMIT button then this is how you should redirect using the sms:xxx123 format in the LINK TO section as explained here where after sms: you should be adding the phone number that would receive these SMS leads
If you're using a 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th Link button, then this is how the redirection should look
Once you have made the necessary changes, click on the Publish Changes button at the top right corner of your page
