# Why can't I upload an image in my poptin?

In this help article we will explain what you should ideally do if you are unable to upload an image in your poptin.

The images being uploaded to poptin should be under **1MB** in size. If your image is of a bigger size you can resize them using this [Free Online Tool](https://compressjpeg.com/) and once you resize the image then you can rename the new compresses image and upload it again.
