# I can't see my poptin on mobile, what should I do?


1. Make sure you ticked the checkbox of the Mobile device on the Display rules page of your poptin:

2. If you chose a "Mobile only" template or the checkbox is already ticked, please try to visit your website via Private window (Incognito)
