# How to verify the FROM Email

1. To verify the  FROM email address, please go to the top-right corner and click the profile image. Then click on the **Email Configuration** menu and go to the **Email Senders** tab.

2. Click on the **New Email Identity** button

3. You will see a popup where you have to add **Name** and **Email Address **then click on Save button.

4. You will see a successful message of adding the email on your account then will see it is pending for verification.

5. Now check the email you shared previously and confirm the identity verification by clicking the activation link.

5. After successful verification you will see the **Verification done** message with your email.

7. If you go back to the **Email Senders** tab from your Poptin account dashboard, you will see the email is verified.

|| Didn't receive the email? Click on three dots and click on "Resend Verification Email". You can only resend after 60 seconds have passed since the previous email was sent.
