# How to import contacts from Shopify?

In this help guide, we will tell you step by step on how you can import contacts into Poptin from Shopify.

Please follow the steps below for each of the method.

1. In your Poptin dashboard navigate to **Lead > Contacts**  and on New Contact click on the drop down menu and click **Import**.

2. Select **Import from another service**.

3. Select **Shopify** from the 4 available services. Then select the Domain from the dropdown and click **Import**.

4. Import may take a few seconds to couple of minutes depending on the number of contacts you are importing. You should now see all the imported contacts in your Poptin leads.

|| Note: If you do not see the dropdown to select the domain, you will have to first connect your Poptin Account with your Shopify store.
