# How to exclude pages from showing my poptin?


* Go to **Display Rules** (step 3) of your poptin.

* Click "Page targeting" and select "Not contains" (for folders like /blog) or "not equals to" (for specific URLs).

* Then paste the URL or the folder you want to exclude. For example: Choose "not contains to" and write "/blog" if you don't want your poptin to show up at your blog posts.  Choose "not equals to" and write "/thank_you" if you don't want your poptin to show up on your Thank you page. Make sure to copy and paste the URL from your browser to avoid mistakes.
