# How to enable Poptins for Brave browser users?

By default, Brave browser users won't be able to see your pop ups/forms due their privacy settings.

You can reach out to Brave support team by [submitting a ticket](https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) here or at support@bravesoftware.zendesk.com, and ask them to whitelist your domain with the Poptin script, so your pop ups and form will be visible to Brave visitors.

**Note** : You can disable the Brave Shields on Brave Browser if you want to see Poptin on your website for debugging purposes.
