# Can I share access to my account?

There are 2 ways to share access to your account with a different user.

### Shared Account 


1. If you have a paid plan, you can grant access to any other accounts in Poptin, even to a free Poptin account. However, the email with which you want to share the access must be associated with a Poptin account. Go to my account and under it, click on the **Users & Access** tab. Now click on the **Users & Access** button.

2. Just put the name and the user's Poptin account email, then click on the **Add User** button to share access to your Poptin account.

### User 


If you have an Agency plan you can create new users and assign them to any sub-accounts you want. Just select as **User** and put the name, email, password and select the subaccount you want share with the user then click A**dd User** button. Make sure the email doesn't have any existing Poptin account. The User will be notified via email and you have to share password with the user so they can access their account
